Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. While we strive to maintain adequate stock, we may occasionally experience shortages. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund.

Pricing Information

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already placed. All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise specified.

3. Orders and Payment

Order Process

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase products. We will send you a confirmation email once your order is received. Acceptance of your order occurs when we ship the products.

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers.

Sales Restrictions

We currently ship to most global destinations but do not serve customers in parts of Asia and certain remote areas due to logistical constraints.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat rate via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.

5. Returns and Refunds

Eligibility

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• In original, unused condition
• In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
• Returned within 15 days of receipt

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Engine parts showing signs of use or fuel residue
• Opened containers of fuel, lubricants, or additives
• Electronic components that have been installed or soldered
• Custom or special order items

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for authorization and RMA number

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving returned items. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
