A: We ship globally from our warehouse in Greenfield Ctr., US (zip code 12833). However, due to logistical constraints, we are currently unable to ship to Asia and some select remote areas.

– Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Processed via DHL or FedEx. Ideal for urgent needs. Delivery typically occurs 10-15 days after dispatch.
– Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. This economical option delivers within 15-25 days after dispatch.
